Refund & Return Policy
At Mom & Minis, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we work with trusted fulfillment partners, we currently accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Returns
We offer a 5-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
- Products no longer wanted
- Customer preference

Return Conditions
If your return request is approved:
- The item must be unused whenever possible.
- It should include the original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to stock availability).
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products requested due to change of mind
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- A replacement cannot be provided.
- Your return request for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is approved.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
